Delegation Member: soliciting new members

We are soliciting nominations for COMMUNITY delegation members for the Global Fund Board delegation of the Communities Living with HIV, TB and affected by Malaria. Delegation members serve a three-year term, and successful applicants will begin their term in October 2009.

Nominated individuals to the Communities Delegation need to prepare and submit:

         The attached application form (IN ENGLISH); see model below.

         A letter of reference from your organization expressing its support, agreeing to the additional travel and workload (1 page only)

         A letter of reference or support from another organization that is affiliated to the work that you are involved in

     The CLOSING DATE for nominations is September 11, 2009, 3:00 P.M.

with subject matter “Application for Communities Delegation 2009 – 2012”.
